An engineering company that builds its own software.

Founded in 2019. Radio access networks first, and still the discipline everything else is measured against.

WHO WE ARE

We started in mobile networks.

Kanad Networks Private Limited is a technology company founded in 2019 by a group of IIT alumni. We began in telecom engineering — planning, optimising and managing radio access networks for mobile operators — and we have stayed close to that work ever since.

Radio networks are an unforgiving place to learn engineering. A parameter set wrongly is not a bug report; it is dropped calls across a city. That standard shaped how the company builds everything else.

We are headquartered in Gurugram, with presence in Canada and the United States.

TRACK RECORD

A company with filed accounts and delivered projects.

Kanad Networks is an incorporated private limited company with a continuous operating history since 2019 — audited accounts, filed balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and production delivery every year in between.

When the group takes on work that requires a proven counterparty, this is the entity behind it.

HOW WE ARE BUILT

One engineering organisation, two brands.

Network engineering

RAN planning, deployment, optimisation and survey services, backed by five proprietary platforms. Work that is judged in the field, not in a demo.

Digital and product engineering

Full-lifecycle product build: architecture, UI and UX, QA, cloud and data engineering. Delivered to market under the CXO1.AI brand.

CXO1.AI

AI, products and ventures

AI systems, agentic automation and the products the group owns and operates, including BeamOS. Delivered under CXO1.AI.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three decisions that shape everything else.

Own the tooling

We did not licence someone else's optimisation suite and resell the service. We wrote Quark, Lattice, Tracer, Tracer Drive and Fission ourselves — which means when a client's network does something unusual, we can change the software instead of apologising for it.

Soft changes first

Most of what we recommend can be implemented from the network operations centre without a single field visit. That is a deliberate design choice, and it is why a full network optimisation cycle runs in weeks rather than quarters.

Multi-vendor by default

Operators do not run one vendor's equipment, so nothing we build assumes they do. Everything works across vendors and across GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G NR, including the interworking between them.

Work with the engineering team, not a layer above it.

The people who scope your project are the people who deliver it.
