RAN optimisation, spectrum refarming and field services for national operators
Kanad Networks runs two practices under one delivery standard — network engineering for mobile operators, and technology services delivered under the CXO1.AI brand.
RAN planning, deployment, optimisation and survey services for mobile operators, backed by five proprietary platforms we built ourselves.
10 service lines · 5 platforms · delivering since 2019

Operators do not buy planning, or optimisation, or survey work in isolation. We cover the full cycle, with the same people and the same tooling throughout.
Spectrum studies, network design and dimensioning, access and transmission planning, 5G NR and m-MIMO planning, automatic frequency, PSC and PCI planning.
Installation, commissioning, configuration and integration across vendors. OpenRAN integration for cloud BTS, RNC, BSC and core.
RAN parameter optimisation, neighbour list tuning, spectrum refarming, SCFT and cluster optimisation, VoLTE performance analysis.
RF surveys, EMF surveys and measurement, drive testing, benchmarking, acceptance testing and automated survey reporting.
Multi-vendor and multi-technology, developed indigenously. We run them on our own service engagements, which is why they keep getting better.
Per-sector tuning of cell database parameters, driven by OSS configuration and statistics. Fewer dropped calls, better voice quality, no field visits required.
DetailAutomatic frequency, PSC, PCI and neighbour-list planning. The interference matrix is built from live OSS measurement reports, weighted to real traffic.
DetailConfiguration, performance, events and drive-test data on one map. Drill down from the whole network to an individual sector.
DetailTurns raw drive-test volume into a ranked list of problems worth fixing — no dominance areas, overshooting cells, sector swaps, missing neighbours.
DetailHeat maps, feasibility scenarios, TRX dimensioning and post-refarming optimisation, end to end. Equally applicable to network consolidation.
DetailWe do not sell these as shrink-wrapped software. They exist because our engineers needed them — and they are how we deliver planning, optimisation and refarming at the speed and cost we quote.
All five platformsWe did not licence someone else's optimisation suite and resell the service. We wrote Quark, Lattice, Tracer, Tracer Drive and Fission ourselves — so when a network does something unusual, we change the software instead of apologising for it.
Most of what we recommend is implementable from the network operations centre without a single field visit. That is a deliberate design choice, and it is why a full network optimisation cycle runs in weeks rather than quarters.
Operators do not run one vendor's equipment, so nothing we build assumes they do. Everything works across vendors and across GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G NR, including the interworking between them.
“We started in mobile networks, where a mistake is visible to a million people at once. That standard never left the software we build.”
Kanad Networks — operating principleTelecom network, digital platform or an AI system — tell us the problem and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can fix.
